WHMIS 2015

The Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) is Canada’s national hazard communication standard. The key elements of the system are cautionary labeling of containers of WHMIS “controlled products”, the provision of safety data sheets (SDS) and worker education and training.

As of July 1, 2015 WHMIS has been replaced with GHS, the Globally Harmonized System, also known as WHMIS 2015.

If there is no WHMIS course on the schedule please click here to complete a FREE online course through ACSA. If you do not know your ACSA login, or do not have one, please contact ACSA at 780-453-3311 for assistance.
Training centers will be closed Monday, August 5th for Heritage Day.
