Masks are recommended in all training centres.
If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, stuffy or runny nose please DO NOT come in to our training centres. If we see anyone showing these signs we will tell them to go home.
Masks/Gloves – will be provided when necessary, please bring your own if you can.
Practice physical distancing – keep at least 6 feet between people when possible.
Practice respiratory etiquette – if you need to cough or sneeze, please do so into a tissue then immediately dispose of it, or into the inner bend of your elbow and then wash your hands.
Wash your hands – frequently, with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds. We will have hand sanitizer in strategic locations if you can’t wash your hands immediately.
Avoid touching surfaces – when possible, we will keep doors open to minimize contact but please be wary of anything you touch and wash your hands as often as possible to prevent spreading the virus. We will be sanitizing surfaces throughout the day and after hours but we cannot keep everything clean all the time.
